Masquerade! Night of the Living Composers and the Dead Poet Society
"Join Listen Closely Chamber Music Initiative and the Pied Piper Children's Theater/Delphi Theater at Holy Trinity Church for a Masquerade event (bring your mask/costumes!), featuring freshly composed works by local composers Ayumi Okada, Luigi Porto, Doug Balliett, Eric Lemmon, James Wu, and more!
Performances will be paired with dramatic recitations of selections by Edgar Allan Poe by members of the Actors' Society. Also, Vicar Rebecca Barnes will tell the story of the tradition of All Hallow's Eve, and the evening will be preceded by a silent auction. (Auction/Mask Contest at 6PM, Show at 7PM).
All proceeds will support the operating budget of Holy Trinity Church, our generous host! Prizes will be awarded for best masks… don't miss out on the fun!"

Duo comes to the Puffin to perform selections from Debussy’s Sonata for cello and piano, Beethoven’s Sonata for cello and piano no. 3 in A major, Op. 69, Okada’s The Light Princess Suite, and Rachmaninoff’s Sonata for cello and piano in G minor Op. 19.
