Maestra Virtual Technical Workshop (22/08/09)

I'm so excited to announce that I'm giving a lecture discussing the possibility of international collaboration at Maestra's Virtual Technical Workshop this fall!

Back in 2019, I was fortunate enough to attend Maestra's in-person technical workshop given by the amazing Emily Grishman, and since then it has been one of my dreams to teach a class myself someday. Another dream of mine has been to become a bridge between American Musical Theatre and Japanese Musical Theatre, which I got to get started with this year thanks to Musical Writers Japan. And I'm truly grateful and thrilled for this opportunity to make two of my dreams come true at once!

ミュージカル制作に関わる女性及びノンバイナリーの人々の活動を支援するNPO、マエストラのバーチャル・テクニカル・ワークショップでレクチャーをさせてもらうことになりました！

尊敬するアーティストが多数教えているこのシリーズで講師をする事は目標だったのでとても嬉しいです。また、アメリカン・ミュージカル・シアターと日本のミュージカル・シアターの架け橋になるというもう一つの夢にも、ミュージカルライターズジャパンでの活動のおかげで今年から具体的に動き出すことができていて、今回その二つを同時に実現できる機会をもらって感謝しています！

日本時間では早朝2時からの開催ですが、アーカイブも残る予定ですのでそちらもまたお知らせさせて頂きます！
